The Story Behind “OMG”

You’ll OMG when you hear where Usher got the idea for his hit song “OMG”…Soccer games. “The chants were born in France and sampled by will.i.am but as soon as I heard them, I thought, ‘This sounds like an English football game,” He said. “To me the song sounded like the U.K. I had high hopes you guys (in Britain) would make the connection and you did.” Who would have thought? You can read the rest of Usher’s interview here
